- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 cups Brussel Sprouts, halved
- 12-14 oz Chicken Apple Sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 425°F and pouring the olive oil onto the baking sheet.
- Place the chopped sweet potatoes, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and sliced chicken apple sausage onto the baking sheet. Try to spread everything out into a single layer so it roasts evenly.
- Drizzle the maple syrup and the Dijon Mustard over the top of the ingredients, then add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, flipping everything halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are fork-tender and the vegetables are lightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

So easy and so good!!
I LITERALLY placed a pack of chicken apple sausage in my refrigerator as I was going to just settle and make them as is and eat them on a bun, but this sounds more cozy and filling! Sweet potatoes are also quite superior to me, never thought of eating them with the sausage!!
Love how quick this is!
This is a very flavorful dish. My kids loved it.
