Equipment
- 1 baking dish
Ingredients
- 1 block (8oz) cream cheese
- 1 block (16oz) Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 packet (1oz) taco seasoning
- 1 can (10oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies), undrained
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the cream cheese, Velveeta, shredded pepper jack cheese, taco seasoning, and Rotel into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so to help the cheeses melt evenly.
- Once everything is completely melted, stir until smooth and well combined.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or your favorite dippers.
For the smoothest queso, stir several times while it bakes. If it becomes thicker than you'd like, stir in a small splash of milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
