Equipment

  • 1 skillet
  • 1 pot

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 12 oz frozen cauliflower rice
  • .5 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 16 oz spaghetti pasta
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder, or to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 tsp Kinder's buttery steakhouse seasoning, or to taste
  • 24 oz marinara sauce

Instructions

  • To a skillet add your oil, frozen cauliflower rice, tomatoes, and any additional vegetables you would like.
  • Once cooked mash your tomatoes.
  • Add ground turkey. Cook until there’s no pink remaining.
  • While your meat is cooking boil your pasta.
  • To your cooked meat and veggies add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Kinder's buttery steakhouse seasoning to taste.
  • Add a jar of marinara sauce to your meat and veggie mixture. I add a splash of broth to the emptied sauce jar, shake well, and add to my mixture to remove any remaining sauce.
  • Let sauce simmer.
  • Add in cooked pasta.

Notes

If you want to add even more protein and make the sauce a little creamier you can add cottage cheese while cooking.
