- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Pastry Brush
Ingredients
Slider Ingredients
- 1 package Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices deli ham
- 6 slices salami
- 6 slices pepperoni
- 6-8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Grinder Topping
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 2 tbsp sliced banana peppers
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
- Layer the bottom half with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone.
- Replace the tops. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
- While the sliders bake, mix all grinder topping ingredients together in a bowl.
- Carefully lift off the warm tops, pile on the grinder lettuce mixture, replace the tops, and slice apart.
Add the lettuce mixture right before serving so the sliders stay crisp and do not get soggy.
