Equipment

  • 1 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 Chopped Zucchini , (optional)
  • 24 oz jar Marinara Sauce
  • 3-4 Frozen Breaded Chicken Patties
  • 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese Mix

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Spread the cooked angel hair pasta evenly in a 9×12-inch baking dish.
  • If using, sprinkle the chopped zucchini over the pasta.
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the pasta and zucchini, then stir gently to combine.
  • Arrange the frozen breaded chicken patties on top of the pasta mixture.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese mixture evenly over the top, making sure the entire dish is covered.
  • Cover the dish with foil (lightly spray the underside of the foil with cooking spray to prevent sticking).
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • After 35 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  • Freezer Meal Option: Assemble the dish as directed, but instead of baking, wrap it tightly in Saran wrap. Freeze until ready to use. When baking from frozen, remove the plastic wrap, cover with foil, and bake at 375°F for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

  1. Are the chicken patties cooked? Tyson has them cooked but Bells and Evan’s does not so want to confirm cooked or uncooked chicken patties.
