  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Garlic Powder, to taste
  • 10 oz can Ro-Tel, Use diced tomatoes if you don't like spice
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese , cubed
  • 32 oz bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • Sliced Green Onions, optional for garnishing

Instructions

  • Lightly grease your crockpot, then place 2 chicken breasts in the bottom.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, then add Rotel (or diced tomatoes) and 1 cup barbecue sauce over the top.
