Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Chopped Sausages
  • 1/2 Chopped White Onion
  • 23 oz jar Marinara Sauce
  • 3 cups Low Sodium Beef Broth
  • 1 lb Dry Rotini Pasta
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat up some oil in your skillet.
  • Add the chopped sausages and 1/2 chopped white onion.
  • Cook this for 5 minutes until the sausage gets a nice color to it.
  • You'll then add in a 23oz jar of marinara sauce and 3 cups of low sodium beef broth.
  • Add in 1lb of dry pasta. I used Rotini, but you can use any kind you want.
  • Mix and cover and cook on medium-low for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, mix again, and add in the 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
  • Mix again and cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Once again, give it another mix, then let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
