Equipment

  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Chopped White Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • To a half a cup of milk, add half a cup of Italian style breadcrumbs. Mix this until a paste is formed.
  • Add the paste to a large mixing bowl.
  • To the breadcrumb mixture, add 1 lb of ground beef, and the 1lb of mild Italian sausage.
  • Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Add two big tbsp of minced garlic and the finely chopped white onion.
  • Crack in 1 egg and whisk it up.
  • Add in the parsley flakes and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Preheat your oven to 400F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in the large bowl and make meatballs.
Try to roll up your meatballs so that they're about the same size so that they cook evenly.
  • Add the meatballs to the baking sheet and bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, take the meatballs out and put them in your spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve with spaghetti and enjoy!
