  • 4 oz Idahoan© Sour Cream and Chives Instant

    Potatoes

  • 4 cups water

  • 8 slices of bacon, I use micowaved

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400f
  • Microwave 4 cups of water for 4 minutes
  • Butter a 9×12 baking dish
  • To your baking dish, add both packets of instant potatoes
  • Once your water is done microwaving, pour it into your baking dish
  • Mix the potatoes and water until mashed potatoes are formed
  • Add sour cream and mix again
  • Top with popcorn chicken in an even later
  • Top evenly with shredded cheese
  • Bake at 400f for 30 minutes
  • While that bakes, cook your bacon and chop your green onion. I like to use precooked microwavable bacon to make it easier
