Crockpot Creamy Chicken Pasta
This Crockpot Creamy Chicken Pasta is perfect for your next easy weeknight dinner. Everything is cooked in the crockpot… including the pasta. Who doesn't love a simple, minimal mess dinner!
Equipment
- 1 Crockpot
- 1 Stand mixer
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Garlic Truffle Seasoning, To Taste
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 15 oz Alfredo Sauce
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 lb Uncooked Short Grain Pasta
Instructions
- Grease your Crockpot.
- Add 1-2 chicken breasts depending on how much chicken you want.
- Season however you like. I used garlic truffle seasoning.
- Pour in some marinara sauce. Pour a little water back into the jar, shake and pour out to make sure you get all the sauce.
- Do the same with a jar of alfredo sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3 hours, making sure that the chicken is fully cooked.
- When the chicken is done, shred it up using a hand or stand mixer.
- Add the chicken back into the sauce.
- Pour in a 1lb box of uncooked, short grain pasta. Mix it up so the pasta is fully covered by the sauce.
- Continue cooking on low for another 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
This is my favorite recipe! I continue to eat it all the time.

Uses spicy vodka sauce in place of the Marinara, it gave it a nice little kick – so good
