Equipment

  • 1 skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 20 oz Ravioli
  • 2 cups Italian Style Blend Cheese

Instructions

  • In a skillet, brown 1 lb of Italian sausage over medium heat.
  • Drain the grease.
  • Pour in the marinara sauce. (Tip: Add a splash of water to the jar, shake it up, and pour that in too to get every last bit!)
  • Add the Alfredo sauce and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Add the 20 oz of ravioli to the skillet. (This amount works well for a family of 3, but feel free to add more if needed.)
  • Gently mix everything together, making sure the ravioli is fully coated in the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, stir again and top with the Italian-style blend cheese.
  • Place under the broiler for 2–3 minutes. This will make the cheese nice and crispy.
