Equipment

  • 1 skillet

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Potato Gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 24 oz Bertolli's Tomato and Basil Sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potato gnocchi and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and lightly crisp on the outside.
  • Pour in the Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce and stir to coat the gnocchi evenly. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to warm through and cling to the gnocchi.
  • Add the baby spinach and toss until it wilts, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately. Garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh basil if desired.
