Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Pork Chops
  • 2.2 oz packet Beefy Onion Soup Mix
  • 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 10.5 oz Water, poured into soup can
  • 8 oz Sour Cream, optional
  • Mashed Potatoes, for serving (optional)
  • Green Beans, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray for easier cleanup.
  • Place the pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle the beefy onion soup mix evenly over the top.
  • Add in the cream of mushroom soup, fill the empty soup can with water and add this in. Pour this mixture over the pork chops and gently spread it so everything is coated.
  • Stir in the sour cream or simply spoon it on top. It will melt into the gravy as it cooks.
  • Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours. Cook until the Pork Chops are tender and cooked all the way through.
  • Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes. Spoon the rich gravy over the top. Add green beans or your favorite vegetable on the side.
